Great location. Tons of shopping and amenities nearby. The hotel is clean, with a spacious lobby and a decent breakfast. Gloria at the front desk was friendly. several issues tarnished the experience. Our room smelled musty, clearly not up to standard. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism during check-in, changing deposit policies without notice. I faced unnecessary resistance when requesting accommodations for my handicapped mother. Leaks and outdated bathroom fixtures detracted from the overall quality. I left feeling undervalued as a guest. This hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in customer service and maintenance. I might reconsider staying here in the future, depending on changes.

Let's start with the good stuff - the location was super quiet and there were plenty of good food options nearby. I also really appreciated the convenient highway access. But, unfortunately, there were some issues that left a lot to be desired. The room we initially booked with 2 double beds ended up being a king bed suite due to a first-come, first-serve policy, which was a disappointment. The pullout couch provided as an alternative was dirty and uncomfortable, definitely not something you'd want to sleep on. The overall cleanliness of the room was also lacking. The sheets and towels felt damp and not properly cleaned, with noticeable hair and debris on the bedding. The furniture in the room was in poor condition, with panels ripping off and chipped paint on doors. there were maintenance issues like a leaking ice machine on the third floor, a refrigerator with a faulty door, and restroom doors that wouldn't stay closed. The smell of marijuana in the hallways and elevators was also off-putting, and I was wrongly charged $800 for smoking in the room, despite being non-smokers. The breakfast offered was very basic, consisting of toast, waffles, yogurt, and limited drink options - not exactly what you'd expect for the price paid. The staff's attitude was also a letdown, with rude maids and unhelpful responses to requests for towels and other amenities. my stay at La Quinta had its ups and downs, with the cleanliness and maintenance issues standing out as areas needing significant improvement. I hope they address these issues to provide a better experience.

we had an exceptional experience at La Quinta in the Sandy Springs area. the check-in process was super fast, and we were impressed with the modern renovations. the hotel's proximity to Perimeter Mall and medical facilities was convenient. the hot breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

Our experience at this hotel was overall positive. The breakfast options were great, with a good selection for both kids and adults. The building was clean and smoke-free, which was a bonus. The room itself was lovely and had undergone nice renovations. The lobby was also nice and we had a pleasant interaction with the front desk staff, who was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness and the real eggs served for breakfast.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The biggest problem was the poor customer service.
